Deixa eu explicar melhor.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Vc colocar uma colher de sopa de açúcar em um copo com 250 ml de água (eu coloco gelada). Misture bem até o açúcar diluir.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Uma hora ante de vc almoçar comece a tomar. Tome um gole pequeno, depois de uns 10 minutos, tome outro e assim por diante. Eu levo mais ou menos 40 minutos para tomar tudo.Por enquanto só estou fazendo antes do almoço, mas pode fazer antes do jantar também.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Qualquer coisa pode perguntar novamente.
